1.Financial Statement Summary
Note: CoinTiger’s fiscal year 2019 is from April 1, 2019, to March 31, 2020. All data is extracted from the 2019 fiscal year of CoinTiger.
2.Dividends and implementation methods
Based on the current stable business situation, cash flow status, and future strategic development vision, we will recompense the shareholders actively, and share the company’s development results with all shareholders, taking into account the company’s profitability, financial status, standard operation, and long-term development. The company has now proposed this profit distribution plan.
CoinTiger Exchange intends to distribute a cash dividend of 0.04703 CNY per 100 TCH for all shareholders, a total of 470.3K CNY of cash. Dividends will be distributed in the form of stable currency BitCNY.
Note: This dividend is allocated according to the ratio of 100 TCH: 0.04703 BitCNY. The part less than 100 TCH does not meet the dividend condition is not allowed to participate in dividends.
The CoinTiger Exchange will take a snapshot of the user’s assets at 0:00 on May 15, 2020, Singapore time, and distribute the dividends at 18:00 on May 20, 2020, UTC+8, according to the ratio of 100 TCH: 0.04703 BitCNY to the user account, the user can check the dividend result in [Funds] — [Trading Account].
